Encryption

All communication between your browser and SokoDesk is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, securing every data exchange in real time. Sensitive information — passwords, customer contact details, payment information — is also protected at rest in our database.

For you, this means no one can intercept your customer data or access your payment information. Your buyers order with confidence, and you build a reputation as a trustworthy seller.

Backups and resilience

Your products, orders, customer information, and storefront settings are backed up regularly. Comprehensive operational logs enable fast data restoration in case of an incident.

In practice, you never risk losing an order, a customer, or a product. Even in the event of a technical issue, your storefront can be fully restored and you resume selling without interruption.

Access control

SokoDesk uses role-based permissions: owner, manager, staff. Each team member only sees what they need, and sensitive actions (deletion, settings) are reserved for the owner.

You keep full control of your storefront. Add a collaborator to manage orders without giving them access to your payment settings, and revoke access in one click whenever you choose.

Audit and traceability

Every important action in your storefront — price change, product deletion, setting modification — is recorded in an audit log. You can always know who did what and when.

That's extra security for you: if a price changed by mistake or a product disappeared, you can trace the full history to understand and fix it. Full transparency, zero surprises.

Sessions and anti-abuse protection

Your session is secured with unique tokens and automatically expires after a period of inactivity. Repeated login attempts are limited to prevent brute-force attacks.
